Meet Leaca
Leaca is an artist living in Wyoming/Arizona/Alaska. She’s very inspired by the life and nature of her surroundings, with a vintage and sometimes whimsical touch. Vintage papers are in most of her creations. She finds it healing to connect to the past and see the future in our art. She mostly works with watercolor, ink pens, soft pastels, markers and watercolor pencils. Vintage bits of paper that can seem insignificant and glue sticks makes her heart happy
Leaca has always been a journal writer off and on throughout her life. Only when her son passed away in 2022 did it become a daily habit. At first it was just to ‘brain dump’ all of her emotions, but later it became the greatest form of self care and a personal history keeper. Leaca mingles this with her art and found her rhythm in the art journaling world.
